Food Services

Kitchen, Dining Halls, and Cafeterias

At ISTEK Bandırma Schools, food services are provided by in-house chefs. Our kitchen is certified in Food Safety, Quality Management Systems, and Occupational Health and Safety, with service quality regularly monitored.


Meals are prepared under the supervision of a dietitian, with careful attention paid to balancing proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals. At lunch, students are offered alternative meals, with salad bars, fruits, and yogurt varieties available to support healthy eating habits.


All staff in contact with food are trained in hygiene and hold hygiene certificates. Additionally, they undergo health screenings every six months to ensure they are free of any illnesses.


To assist with daily meal planning, monthly menus are sent to parents at the beginning of each month after approval by the meal committee. For students with food allergies or specific health conditions, coordination between parents, the health team, and kitchen staff ensures close monitoring of the student's health.
