ISTEK Bandırma Schools use the “ISTEK Schools Psychological Counseling and Guidance Services Implementation Manual,” prepared based on the MoNE Psychological Counseling and Guidance Services Regulation. This manual consists of eight modules and aims to standardize counseling services across schools and establish a unified guidance approach.
This guide is prepared to support students' development comprehensively, alongside the education and administrative services provided in schools, in line with the social, cultural, and economic changes of our times.

Primary Goals of PDR Services:
PDR services at ISTEK Bandırma Schools aim to equip students with the skills and experiences necessary for success in school and life. These services are delivered through a developmental, preventive, and protective approach and include activities such as student recognition, information dissemination, evaluation, monitoring, and counseling. They are systematically implemented within the K12 framework.
Values Education:
Values Education at ISTEK Bandırma Schools aims to help students recognize and internalize values such as love, respect, honesty, tolerance, responsibility, and friendship, reflecting them in their behavior.
Principles of PDR Services:
PDR services are based on principles such as confidentiality, voluntariness, continuity, individual value, autonomy, respect for human rights, and collaboration with relevant parties. Activities that support students' individual and social development are organized under the guidance of the PDR unit using tools such as group activities, tests, and inventories.
